Hyundai 2200w Pure Sine Wave Inverter Generator

Our lightweight HY2250SEi inverter generator produces a max of 2200w pure sine wave output. 

This means the generator produces ‘clean’ electricity so you can plug in sensitive electronics like a laptop or phone directly into the generator sockets - along with powering your camping essentials like lights, heaters or an air pump for any inflatable camping beds.

This generator only weighs 22.6kg, and with its portable design is ideal for use for wherever the journey may take you. The HY2250SEi is suitable to be used when camping, in motorhomes, festivals and more.

The HY2250SEi’s control panel includes two standard UK 3-pin 13A mains plug sockets, as well as a 12v DC outlet, so you can power multiple items at once (providing they do not overload the max power).

Low-Noise, Economic and 7.5 Hour Run-Time @ 50% Load

With low-noise technology and closed-case design, the HY2250SEi produces only 61dB @ 7m to minimise any disturbance to others and your environment.

This Hyundai generator can easily be started within seconds at the turn of a dial thanks to its integrated electric start function.

Courtesy of its large 6L gravity fed fuel tank with no priming required, this Hyundai inverter generator is economical and can run at 50% load for 7.5hrs, ensuring you’ll never be stuck without power!

The HY2250SEi’s ‘ECO’ mode will lower the engine revs to match only the load being applied, reducing fuel usage, lower noise levels and extending the lifespan of the engine.

Portable and Easy To Use

Weighing just 22.6kg and fitted with two moulded handles, the HY2250SEi is easy to lift and requires just one-person operation.

This Hyundai inverter generator can be easily stored in the boot of your car or in a caravan cupboard with plenty of room to spare.

For quick and easy refuelling, the HY2250SEi features a fuel-cap designed to work easily with jerry cans.

Multi-Function LCD Display and Safety Features

The HY2250SEi is equipped with an LCD display, which allows you to monitor the generator’s performance data for safe and efficient use, such as voltage, frequency, run-time and fuel level.

To protect the generator from exceeding its 2.2kW maximum output, the HY2250SEi is equipped with digital overload protection, which shuts the generator down before being overloaded, while its built-in low oil shutdown system turns off the machine should the oil levels drop below the minimum level.

Inverter Generator Use

Please note that inverter generators are specially designed for leisure use - for weekend getaways, holidays or emergency standby use.

These generators are not suitable for continuous daily use or as an off-grid power supply.

For heavy-duty commercial use, we recommend a conventional 3000rpm petrol generator.
