Delivery & Shipping Information
We aim to make delivery as fast and straightforward as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order, especially for heavier items, pallet deliveries, and extended postcode areas.
Delivery Availability
- We are currently unable to deliver directly to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- We are working to restore this service and will share an update as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (2kg to 70kg)
- Order by 2:30pm for free next working day delivery
- Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays
- Delivery exclusions apply (see postcode and surcharge notes below)
- For items under 30kg, we usually use DPD (though other couriers may be used where needed).
- If DPD attempts delivery and no safe place has been nominated, your parcel may be taken to your nearest DPD Collection Store for same-day collection (subject to local availability).
Large / Pallet Deliveries (Over 70kg)
- Order by 2:00pm for same-day dispatch
- Typical delivery time is 48 hours
- Exclusions apply
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside delivery only.
Restricted Access for Pallet Deliveries (70kg+)
Orders over 70kg are typically delivered by pallet courier using an 18-tonne vehicle. This requires suitable access and turning space.
Vehicle access guide (approx.)
- Length: 7.5m
- Width: 2.5m
- Height: 2.6m
- Tail-lift: adds approx. 2.4m in length during unloading
If your property has restricted access and this is not disclosed when ordering, this may result in:
- a small vehicle delivery surcharge, and/or
- a redelivery charge
If you are unsure about access, please contact our aftersales team before ordering. We have extensive experience delivering to difficult locations and can usually suggest a solution.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Zones
Shipping charges vary depending on:
- item weight
- item size (including volumetric weight)
- delivery postcode
- courier service used
Please note:
- The shipping chart and map are a guide only
- Some products may not follow the standard chart due to size or courier restrictions
- The exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout (where applicable)
Extended / Non-Mainland UK Areas
Free UK mainland delivery may not apply to some locations, including:
- Scottish Highlands
- Outlying Islands
- Outer Hebrides
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Scilly Isles
- Other surcharge postcodes

Parts Orders & Low-Value Orders
Carriage charges apply to:
- all parts orders
- orders under £50
In some cases, our sales team may contact you after an order is placed if an additional carriage surcharge is required.
Stock Availability & Lead Times
Website stock availability is shown as a guide, but it is not guaranteed.
Stock and dispatch times can change due to external factors outside our control. If you need to confirm availability or lead time before ordering, please contact our sales team on 01646 687 880.
Mixed Delivery Times
If your order contains items with different lead times, the longest lead time usually applies to the full order.
If you would like items with shorter lead times sent sooner, please call us. An additional delivery charge may apply for split shipments.
Large Diesel Generators (POA Delivery)
Delivery for 1500rpm machines and larger diesel generators is typically priced on application (POA) and depends on destination and access.

Delivery Delays
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- weather conditions
- courier disruption
- events outside our control
Accepting Delivery (Important)
Please inspect your order immediately on delivery.
If your item is damaged in transit:
- You must notify us within 24 hours
- We cannot consider transit damage claims after 48 hours from delivery
Important Order Information
Please note that payment processing and order acknowledgement emails do not constitute a legally binding contract.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund in cases including (but not limited to):
- pricing errors
- stock discrepancies
- concerns about product misuse
