Order acknowledgement and contract

A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the goods.

Only the goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email are included in the contract.

Pricing and availability

We try to ensure all prices and product information are correct, but errors may occur.

If we find an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to:

Retention of title (ownership of goods)

Ownership of goods remains with Genpower Ltd until full payment has been received.

Until ownership passes to you, you must:

• Keep the goods properly insured
• Store the goods safely

If payment is not made in full, we reserve the right to recover goods and may enter premises (where legally permitted) to inspect or recover them.

Delivery, receipt and transit damage

Once an order is accepted and paid for, we will dispatch your goods within a reasonable timeframe and provide tracking details where available.

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery.

If any item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.

We may be unable to process transit damage claims reported after 24 hours.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and refunds

Where stated, a 30-day return period may apply for eligible purchases. Returns outside this period may be covered under warranty terms, depending on the product and circumstances.

If you purchase using a business name and/or business address, your order may be treated as a business-to-business (trade) sale.

Trade/business purchases may not carry the same consumer rights as purchases made for personal/home use, and warranty terms may differ.
