Start a Return (RMA)

To arrange collection of your product, please complete the online return form below.

Once we receive your completed form, we will arrange collection within 2–3 working days. You will receive an email with your collection details and reference information after the booking has been confirmed with our courier.

Please note that we cannot offer specific collection times. Collections are provided as an all-day service.

Important Information Before Collection

Fuel and oil must be drained

If applicable, all oil and fuel must be completely drained from the product before collection.

This is a health and safety requirement and helps ensure our couriers can transport the item safely.

Packaging requirements

You must ensure the goods are:

• suitably boxed
• securely packaged for transit

If boxed goods are returned on a pallet without prior authorisation, you may be charged a pallet collection surcharge.

Pallet collection exception

If your product was originally delivered on a pallet, it will also be collected on a pallet.

We will arrange the collection, but you will need to:

• supply the pallet
• secure the goods safely for transport
