Returns & Refunds
We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If you have a problem with your machine, please call us first on 01646 687 880. In many cases, our team can help you get up and running quickly without needing to return the item.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will guide you through the returns process.
Important Safety Information (Returns)
For the safety of our couriers and warehouse team, we cannot accept returns of products that have not been drained of fuel and oil (where applicable).
If a returned item contains fuel or oil, the return may be rejected due to fire and safety risk.
Order Cancellations (Same Day)
If you need to cancel an order on the day it was placed, please call us before 2:00pm to prevent dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched, return and collection terms may apply.
Change of Mind Returns (New & Unused Only)
If you change your mind, you may return an item for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- in new, unused condition
- in its original, unopened packaging
A 5% service charge will apply to cover carriage, handling, and restocking.
Once the item is returned, we will inspect it before issuing your refund.
Items Received Damaged (Transit Damage)
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Note the damage with the delivery driver (where possible)
- Contact us immediately
- Send photos of the item and packaging
You must report transit damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.
Once confirmed, we will arrange collection and offer a replacement or refund.
Faulty Items
If your machine develops a fault, please stop using it immediately for safety and to prevent further damage.
Fault reported within 30 days of delivery
You may request a:
- repair
- replacement
- refund
We carry a wide range of parts and can often diagnose faults over the phone. In many cases, we can send a replacement part quickly and help you resolve the issue without returning the full machine.
Fault reported after 30 days
Faults reported after 30 days will be handled under our standard warranty terms and conditions.
Failed Collections
We include two collection attempts free of charge.
To avoid delays or additional costs, please make sure:
- the item is ready for collection
- someone is available at the address
If a third collection attempt is required, the following re-collection charges will apply:
- Under 30kg: £12.50
- 30kg–69kg: £19.95
For extended postcode areas (including Highlands and Islands), collection and return charges may include an additional surcharge.
