Fast delivery, everything was in the box instructions where easy to navigate straight forward to start cut two small log will give a good work out the weekend but so far great piece of kit

Worth the price!
Starts first time, runs well. Leaks oil a bit though and cant be used for long periods. Well worth £150 though!

very good bit of kit
was delivered this morning and had it together and running in 15 mins, first impression is that is a very good bit of kit and it has the power to do whatever you need done. started it a few times over the day and always started on first or second pull. well worth the money.

Good choice for smallholder
The Hyundai Chainsaw is a very good purchase. Does the job without fuss and will hopefully provide a long term solution. Even better than my Stihl !

Great bit of kit
Bought this chainsaw to cut train sleepers. Cuts through them like butter. Cuts straight and square too. I’ve also cut quite a few seasoned logs and some small trees. Blade is still sharp. Went for this one because of the 3 year warranty and the fact that it has a British parts supplier. Had a bit of a problem with it cutting out when using it with the fuel filler facing down but sorted it by giving the saw a good shake (probably shouldn’t be using it that way but what the hell). I did call customer service who were friendly and easy to talk too, he promised to call me back but didn’t so I was a bit disappointed. We’ll see what happens if it breaks. It’s a good strong chainsaw and I love it. One little thing is that the Hyundai sticker on the side is upside down which makes me doubt there quality control, saying that the machine is well worth the money. Oh, and the bag that it comes with is rubbish but better than nothing. For a hundred and fifty odd quid it’s a blinder. Only time will tell if it’ll last, I will update after I’ve battered it a bit more. Here’s an update: the pull starter broke after just a few hours use. Called customer service this morning and a new part is in the post. They were very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. I think the pull starter is probably a bit rubbish but knowing that there aftersales people are just a call away and the fact it was so easy to get the new part I’m still glad that I chose this one. It’s a good powerful saw and I highly recommend

Beast Of A Saw
Have a load of tough oak to cut up. My stihl only has a 12" bar and a 30cm engine and though its been a great saw it wasn't up to the job. A Stihl MS391 with similar specs to the Hyundai was £620 (and out of stock) so for a quarter of the price I've gone for the Hyundai. It seems well made and tough, certainly making light work of my oak tree, then with a 3 year warranty and availabitity of spares from the Hyundai Power Equipment Store I'm not worried about any future problems.
