Does a fantastic job of removing dead moss

Very well made and put together and it looks to have been well thought out.
I have only used it once with scarifier fitting and its very aggressive.
Maybe if the use of the Allen Key could be eliminated to change the fitting, that may be a useful improvement for the future

I have not used it yet,Look forward to soon.

It certainly does the job that it is designed for. My only critisism is that the collecting bag is far too smallfor a heavily mossed lawn

Item very easy to assemble and use. Have only used it once on a medium height setting and it certainly cleared out my lawn. I have an average size lawn and it drew out 5 full sacks of waste. Normally one sack is filled when I cut my lawn so be ready for a trip to the tip. I found that after scarification I still needed to run over the lawn with the mower to clean up the waste left behind. I agree the collection box fills very quickly but it simply wouldn't be practice to make the box bigger. It would be far too heavy when filled. Just be prepared to empty it regularly. Won't use again until the spring now. Overall on 1st use I was very happy with the results. Will experiment with height settings over the next few uses.

Our Hyundai 15'' / 38cm Electric Lawn Scarifier Aerator was delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. Assembly was straightforward. The first use on our lawn made a huge difference; it doesn't look pretty but the lawn was in poor shape after the dry summer and definitely needed scarifying and aerating to aid recovery. Based on first impressions I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Found the scarifier/raker easy to assemble and use and the result is great. Recommended.

Found the assembly of the item very easy and instructions easy to follow. It would be nice if the height of the cut was printed/moulded by the slots on the height adjuster. Used the rake only so far and it seemed to do a good job. Looking forward to using it a lot more in the future. A nice addition would be the ability to have a Vericutter blade with it also, or an option to buy one at a reasonable price.

I bought it to replace an older other make model and there is no comparison, the Hyundai model is much better.

Easy to use and does a geat job. Too much coming out the lawn to use the collection bag. It would improve the scarifer more if there was a built in system to slightly open the rear flap, so waste does accumulate under the machine. So far it has done a brilliant job - 5 stars. Very happy.

I purchased this scarifier/aerator after reading several positive reviews, and was particularly drawn to its extended warranty and compact foldable design. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions included.

Once in use, the unit really impressed me—it delivers noticeably more power than my previous model from Ferrex. While I do miss the convenience of the quick-release scarifier/aerator drums featured on the Ferrex, it's worth noting that this part doesn’t need frequent swapping.

Overall, the machine is powerful, efficient, and performs flawlessly. Highly recommended.

I tried removing moss with an old electric lawn raker, but it died before I finished the lawn. So I researched and chose this Hyundai scarifier. It took a while to arrive, so the lawn had 'recovered' from the first attempt. Assembly was simple. I cut the lawn then used the scarifier to remove the thatch and moss. I had to empty the collection box after each run, it's not a big lawn, because of 23 years of build up. I couldn't believe the amount of thatch and moss it cut out, on only depth 2. I then swapped the cutter for the rake and went over the lawn again to gather more debris. The swap was easy to do and a lot more thatch and moss was collected. The lawn looks devastated, which I expected, but I think it will benefit from the scarifying. Rain will improve matters. The lawn needed doing as it was choked with moss.
Overall I am pleased with the machine and it has done a good job.

Save yourself the back breaking labour and buy a 500 litre collection bag and leaf pickers along with this scarifier and get it done in minutes.

Very pleased with this tool. Effortlessly lifted oodles of moss and thatch and did not miss a beat.

Used on large lawn. Works well. One fault is box is far too small. Need an option to project grass away from machine safely. I had to tape rear open, which isn’t very safe.

A brilliant piece of kit. I could not believe how much rubbish it cleared from my lawn. Re seeded and waiting for the results.

I’ve had scarifiers before but this feels more robust and has more power. I went to work on the lawns at the weekend and it did the intended job, filled the wheelie bin with the debris. So just want a bit of rain and a bit of sun to get the lawns in tip top condition.
