Please be aware that we are currently unable to deliver to N. Ireland and ROI. We are working hard to find a solution and hope to make an announcement in the near future. We apologise for any disappointment that this may cause.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY TIMES: Our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 2pm on Wednesday will be dispatched on or after Tuesday.
We'll get your order to you as soon as possible. Due to high demand deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
For items under and including 2Kg order by 2pm for same-day dispatch, 48 hour delivery. Items weighing between 2.01 to 69.99kg Order by 2:30pm for delivery in 1-2 days* (Working days only, excludes bank holidays and weekends). Exclusions Apply*. For items weighing under 30Kg we usually deliver using DPD. If you are not in and have not nominated a safe place when DPD attempts to deliver, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest DPD Collection Store and will be available for you to collect on the same day during normal opening times.
For items weighing over 70Kg order by 2pm for same-day dispatch, 48 hour delivery. Exclusions apply.
RESTRICTED ACCESS
Please be aware that items weighing 70kg and over will be delivered by a pallet courier, requiring unobstructed access for an 18-tonne vehicle - typically circa L 7.5m, W c2.5m, H c2.6m. The tail-lift will add an additional c2.4 in length and the pallet will require additional clearance to off-load. Locations with insufficient access or turning space will incur an additional small vehicle delivery surcharge fee and potentially a redelivery charge if you have not advised of restricted access when you placed your order. Pallet deliveries are to the kerbside only.

Pricing for extended shipping areas like the Scottish Highlands and outlying Islands (the Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Sicily Isles, etc) can be found on the map below.
For delivery to extended postcode areas, such as Highlands, or Islands, there will be an additional courier charge calculated at the checkout. If needed, we will contact you to confirm any issues. These areas also carry a longer delivery time, so please note it will take longer than our stated delivery times if you live in an extended postal area of the UK.

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for weather or courier-related delays.
All orders must be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of placing the order. We do not deliver to neighbours, nor will we leave parcels outside the property. Should you request or make this arrangement directly with our couriers, then we regret that will not accept any liability for goods not delivered, or for transit damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The sales team may contact you after a sales order has been made if additional carriage surcharges need to be applied.
