Three Phase Diesel Generators
Our range of Hyundai three-phase and single diesel gensets ranges from 5.2Kw up to 125kVA.
The main difference between three-phase and single-phase generators is the voltage they produce. In industrial applications, a three-phase generator may be required to power 400 volt equipment, which a regular 240v supply wouldn’t handle.
Diesel generators are ideal for backup applications as sometimes petrol can go stale and prevent a generator working - not to mention the increased risk from fumes with petrol and the cost of purchasing the fuel.
Our diesel three-phase generators run happily on red diesel, without voiding the warranty and making them more cost effective.
Three-phase generators with 400v output at 50hz are ideal as standby generators or backup generators, or even prime power for more demanding applications, such as industrial kitchen equipment, factory equipment or other large machinery.
You can connect your 3 phase generator to your building with an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) which will automatically start the generator in the event of a power failure.
These diesel generators provide an efficient source of power at a relatively low cost, giving you peace of mind that if the power fails, you both have a backup power set up to keep your business running and the appropriate voltage available to power larger, more demanding equipment.
Diesel 400v gensets are also ideal for static applications such as powering factories, large workshops or other off grid locations which demand a larger supply of voltage.
We offer three-phase models up to 125kVA in the Hyundai generator range. See our full range of three-phase commercial generators for sale.
