Hyundai Plug-In Electric Lawn Scarifier and Aerator

The Hyundai HYSC1600E is a 1600W electric scarifier and lawn raker designed for small to medium lawns that need more than a light tidy-up. With a wider 36cm working width, large 45L collection bag and 5 adjustable depth settings, it helps lift moss, thatch, dead grass and surface debris so your lawn can breathe and recover. Use the raker blade for lighter surface clearing, or switch to the scarifier/aerator blade when conditions are right for deeper lawn renovation.

The HYSC1600E features a powerful 1600W electric motor to quickly remove stubborn thatch, moss and debris from your grass to rejuvenate lawns in small to medium sized gardens.

Gone are the days of weeding your lawn by hand! Our electric scarifier uses its 36cm working width to efficiently clean lawns in small to medium sized gardens in no time at all! 

Easily switch between five working heights (from -12 to +6 mm), controlled by a central lever, restoring your lawn’s lustre regardless of the grass height.

Thanks to its interchangeable scarifier/aerator blade and springed raker blade, the HYSC1600E will clear hardened surfaces as well as lighter dead matter, such as moss and weeds. 

The benefits of removing such debris allows the grass to breathe and take in vital nutrients it needs to flourish and remain in good health.

What Blade to Use

*We advise you to cut your grass to a medium length to remove excess debris prior to scarifying.

Once cut, we recommend you use the raker blade to remove the lighter dead matter/moss before using the scarifier/aerator steel blade to cut deeper into the grass and aerate the lawn.

The raker blade is suitable to clear lighter dead matter, such as moss and weed. Height setting 0mm to -12mm

The scarifier/aerator steel blade removes hardened surfaces and loosens the grassroots to allow the grass to breathe and soak in vital nutrients. Height setting +6mm to 0mm

For convenience, the blades can be quickly swapped by using the hex-key included with the product.
