Good at the job it does, the collector bag fill up very quickly literally within yards when scarifying. Swopping the cartridge could be made a whole lot easier by using rivnuts instead of nuts and bolts. That aside ot works well.

Easy to assemble if you look at the video. Works well and is well built.My only negative point is it says drain when you need to change to scarifier, maybe I am wrong on that.

Easy to set up and works really well. The only issue is the size of the catchment box, It fills up too quick, however, I appreciate it would be difficult to fit a bigger box.

Easy to order, very fast next day delivery was a great start.
It was easy to assemble and really does the job. I swapped the aerator blades for the scarifying blades and the really do lift the thatch.
Like all scarifiers the collection basket is a waste of time, you spend more time emptying it than actually filling it but I didn't use it and raked up afterwards instead. All in all initial thoughts are I'm really pleased with it. Really good value for money.

My second purchase from Hyundai. Quality kit snd great delivery. Only used it once so not sure on longevity but good so far. You tube vids are very helpful.

The build from the box- the instruction booklet pictures are difficult to make out ( black and white) and could be improved on. Good to be supplied with the correct oil and easy to fill.
In use- Its a bit of a stretch holding onto the operator presence control lever and adjusting the choke at the same time, once the motor is warmed up.
The height control knob has no indication gauge as to how high or low the blades are set, you just have to guess which is poor for a motor of this quality. its only when you move the transport lever forward the blades actually touch the ground and you see the effect on the ground.
The grass collector may be 45ltr but you will fill this very quickly and it can be fiddly to remove when full.
This is a powerful machine and can do the job very well, actually a lot better than my old electric scarifier.

Great piece of kit. Only issue I have is that the collection box is quite fiddly to attach As it was full on each single run across my lawn this meant I was emptying it into a wheel barrow over 100 times. ( A larger box is not really practical due to the weight when full.) Quite frustrating that it didn’t slot into position more simply.

Having about 1/2 an acre of lawn this is a game changer. Easy to assemble, easy to start, easy to use. Take your time to set the height and you are away. It is not self propelled but the rake action does tend to pull it forward and the collection bag is small that in my case was full within 10 Meter !! I removed it and used a leaf blower to collect the grass up. But it is so good in my opinion that it is worth 5 stars.

Easy to put together, quick top up with oil and fuel and away it went. Started up straight away and is so much more powerful than my previous electric scarifier.

The scarifier arrived very promptly and was extremely well packaged. Assembly was simple and the machine itself seems robust & good quality. It truly started on first pull and has done so on each use since. Currently fitted with the 'rake' cartridge the scarifier is doing an excellent job on my 900 square metre lawn. This truly is a great machine for the money and gutsy,powerful especially when you’re heavily scarifying. The engine is strong the build is great, easy to use, and no regrets at all, Infact this is the second I’ve bought, as I bought one for my son too. I’ve just bought the new Gen2 Verticutter cartridge, made by Moto-Tek, a quality piece of kit to go with this quality machine. I would recommend this machine everyday to anyone.

Bought a scarifier - it was competitively priced, and delivered very promptly

Great-fast delivery & fantastic bit if kit

Very impressed with the product quality and performance. My first use of it was to thoroughly scarify my 600 sq mtrs lawn, which it did with ease. It was light and agile to push and, once I had got the height setting I wanted, it quickly and easily pulled up the thatch and moss from the lawn - eighteen builder’s bags after two passes !. Only issue was finding that
one of the handlebar folding adjusters and its bolt had vibrated off the machine. Luckily I spotted it on the ground nearby and re-fitted it. Needs a nyloc nut instead of a plain nut on the end of the bolt. I used the rotating blades for this heavy scarification/aeration but will make use of the rake attachment throughout the coming summer months. I did not use the collector box as it fills within seconds, like all makes of such machines, apparently, so even this great machine will not save you the tedious job of raking up afterwards.

This machine is making very light work of removing many’s years of built up moss that was choking my lawnmower.
Starts first time, every time and runs smoothly.
I haven’t bothered using the box as there is too much moss, it’s easier to just let it spill out of the back and rake it up after.

Easy to assemble and to handle when in use even with arthritic hands. Scarifying blades produced excellent results but cannot comment on the other cassette as not used. Disappointed that it now £70 cheaper than the pre- order price!

Really good scarifier but instructions could be improved a lot! It doesn’t even say which attachment to use for what.

Seems to have worked very well and removed a large amount of moss the bag was not really big enough for this initial run but hopefully as the amount of moss decreases it will be useful.

Unfortunately have only used the scarifier for a short period of time but was genuinely impressed how efficiently it removed moss and thatch from my lawns with such little effort.
The infinitely variable blade depth control allows the scarifier to be used on different lawn types without the danger of causing damage to the remaining grass.
The machine is well built and feels robust in operation and handling although I would have preferred if the Operator Presence Control Handle only stopped the blades rotating rather than cutting out the engine.
A minor point however and I am looking forward to scarifying the remainder of my lawns shortly.
I have recommended this machine to one of my friends and would suggest anyone considering a purchase of a scarifier to seriously consider this machine as one of their options.

Absolutely brilliant machine, I had about 3 or 4 on a list and opted for this one with its 3 year warranty. It feels solid, well made and makes easy work of the job. Made up with the purchase!

Great machine, what was strange was the lower/ higher twist knob, why not have Up and Down on this?
Other than that does the job well.
