This promotion is run by Genpower Ltd, trading as Hyundai Power Products, whose registered office is at Isaac Way, London Road, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, SA72 4RW (“Genpower”, “we”, “us”).

By entering this promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 1st April, 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 18th May 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be counted.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over
• Employees of Genpower Ltd, its affiliates, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion (and their immediate family members) are not eligible
• No purchase necessary to enter

3. How to Enter

To enter the #GardenShapeUp giveaway:

• Share a before & after photo or video of your garden transformation on social media
• Include the hashtag #GardenShapeUp
• Tag the official Hyundai Power Products account

Entries must be submitted during the promotion period.

Genpower accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues or platform restrictions.

4. Entry Content Requirements

Entries must not:

• Contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or third-party rights
• Include unsafe or improper use of tools or equipment

We reserve the right to remove or disqualify any entries that breach these conditions.

5. The Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Nuum eBike
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products

Genpower reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date
• The winner will be contacted via direct message or the platform used to enter

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Genpower reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Discount Code Reward

As part of this promotion:

• Eligible entrants may receive a discount code or store credit via direct message
• Discount codes:
• Are valid until 31st May 2026
• May be subject to product exclusions
• Are non-transferable and have no cash value

Genpower accepts no responsibility for unauthorised sharing or use of discount codes.

8. Use of Content

By entering, you grant Genpower Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Use, reproduce, and share your content across marketing channels
• Feature your content in social media, website, and promotional materials

You confirm you have permission from anyone featured in your content.

• Genpower reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
