Very good piece of equipment

One month in and machine remains reliable, easy to start with powerful cut.

No reaction to my review from Hyundai which is surprising. The operating booklet suggesting the slide switch should be pushed away to start could explain why some comments have been about "impossible to start". This switch is the kill switch and pushing it away kills the engine. The switch positioning is unfortunate because in hot weather with sweaty hands it easy to slide it to off.

I remain impressed but a few small modifications would help.

Quick delivery, like all long reach trimmer's quite heavy, used twice, so far so good.

Very good ,only drawback is it’s quite heavy so need to be on a stable surface to operate it.

Came with leaking fuel cap got in touch replacement sent within the week couldn’t ask for more used trimmer for first time cutting great so far

I really don't understand why feedback is sought a week after delivery on a non-commercial item. Too early to say much, however:

1. Instruction booklet is far from ideal. The starting instructions suggest the switch must be pushed away from the motor to start. This is the off position, so unhelpful to say the least.

2. I have no idea how the support strap is supposed to be worn. For something that should be intuitive, it has been unfathomable to me.

Having said that, once issue 1 was resolved the machine started and ran easily. Obviously time will tell but nice powerful cut from a reasonably light and nicely balanced machine.

Be aware the motor gets very hot. I would think a heat reststant pad should be attached.

Reasonable price and I am pleased thus far.

It a very good machine, powerful and well built. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the weight of the engine unit. Trouble is you won’t get a powerful 52 cc engine without an increase in weight. Would recommend looking at the smaller cc version if you are only doing light work.

Easy to order deliverd on time great piece of kit. Heavy but does the job. When cutting top of wide hedge the bottom the joints get caught up in the top of hedge.

Well boxed, easy to put together, yellow/oil mixing bottle good. Not used extending pole yet as long enough without. Blade ideally could be a little longer. Quite a bit of vibration through forearm. Noisy, definitely need ear protection , I use small yellow plugs.Can’t get on with harness so use without, heavy but not unmanageable. Overall pleased with product. No more charging my previous cordless hedge cutter every 20mins which is a huge bonus

Very easy to use does a great job pretty quite when running

Haven't used it yet because of the winter weather. Looks like fun though!
