Hyundai Power Products Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition Overview
    The competition is organised by Hyundai Power Products (the “Promoter”). By entering the competition, participants have a chance to win a full refund of their recent Hyundai Power Products purchase by following the steps outlined below.

  2. How to Enter
    To enter the competition, participants must:

    • Take a photo of their recent delivery or new Hyundai Power Products item.
    • Post the photo on their personal social media account (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn).
    • Tag the official Hyundai Power Products social media account in the post.
    • Include the hashtag #hyundaipowerdelivery in the caption.

  3. Eligibility

    • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of Hyundai Power Products, their families, or anyone directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to participate.
    • Only one entry per purchase is allowed. Multiple entries for the same order will not be considered.

  4. Competition Period
    The competition will run on a monthly basis. Entries for each month must be submitted by the last day of the month at 11:59 pm GMT. Late entries will not be considered.

  5. Selection of Winner

    • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the month.
    • The winner will be notified via email using the contact details associated with their Hyundai Power Products order.
    • If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, another winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

  6. Prize
    The prize is a full refund of the winner’s original Hyundai Power Products purchase (excluding any additional charges such as delivery or accessories).

    • The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
    • No cash or other alternative prizes will be offered.

  7. General

    • By entering the competition, participants grant Hyundai Power Products the right to use their submitted content (including the photo) for promotional purposes on social media, the company’s website, and other marketing materials.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries not received due to technical difficulties or errors in tagging.
    • The decision of the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
    • Hyundai Power Products (Genpower LTD) have the right to use any submited content for marketing use.

  8. Data Protection
    Personal data provided by participants, such as contact details, will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  9. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
