Win a Zuum Bike Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period:
1 July 2025 – 31 July 2025 (inclusive)

Eligibility:

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Genpower Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone associated with the promotion are not eligible.

  • Entries are valid for all purchases made via official Genpower sales channels and/or their authorised distributors/dealer network. For example, hyundaipowerproducts.co.uk, jcb-tools.co.uk, official Amazon orders or orders from stockists (and so on)

How to Enter:

  • Every qualifying purchase of a Hyundai Power Products item made during the promotion period counts as one entry into the prize draw.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries per person—multiple purchases count as multiple entries.

  • Qualifying purchases exclude:

    • Spare parts

    • Accessories (e.g. blades, oils, covers, etc.)

    • Non-Hyundai branded items

  • No additional entry steps are needed unless the purchase has been made via Amazon directly or from one of our dealers own stock in which case, please submit this form to enter and provide proof of purchase

Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive a ZUUM E-Bike worth £1,199 (RRP).

  • Exact model and specifications may vary, depending on availability.

  • No cash or product alternative is offered.

Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The winner will be chosen at random via a secure, computer-generated draw within 7 days of the competition closing.

  • The competition closes at midnight on the 31st July and will be drawn on the 7th August

  • We will notify the winner by email or telephone using the contact details provided at checkout or those submitted in the online entry form.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-draw.


General Conditions:

  • Genpower Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and our website’s standard terms of service.

  • We may publish the winner's first name and general location (e.g. “John from Manchester”) for promotional purposes.
